OUR CONDO
Our inviting and comfortable condo is located at Windsor Hills (2600 North Old Lake Wilson Rd), Kissimmee/Orlando.
Windsor Hills is a secure resort with a 24/7 manned gatehouse just 2 miles from Disney Maingate (see pictures on the left), 5 minutes from I-4, and 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport. It will take you 20-25 minutes to get to Sea World, Universal and Islands of Adventure.
And good news for golf lovers: Windsor Hills is adjacent to Mystic Dunes golf course ! It also very near to Walt Disney World Golf, Celebration Golf Club and Falcons Fire Golf Club.
Windsor Hills is just off US192 and all its abundance of restaurantes, grocery stores and gift shops. It´s very close to Formosa Gardens shopping.
Windsor Hills has fantastic 1st class amenities, all included in the price of your stay. They are listed at our AMENITIES page and some of them pictured at our WH PICTURES PAGE. And the best part of it is that the price that you will pay to stay at this condo is less than the price you would pay for one person if you stayed at a Disney Hotel. And for this price you will have a living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a complete kitchen. This condo can comfortably sleep 5 guests in bedrooms and, if necessary, a 6th guest in living room sofa bed.
The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished. It has central air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living area and in both bedrooms. We would like to remind you that NO PETS are allowed on Ventura area of Windsor Hills. And the condo is a NON-SMOKING area in accordance with Florida laws.
In the living area, we have a queen size sofa bed, a love seat, a 55" LED HD TV, a DVD/blu-ray player, cable TV, free WI-FI, and FREE phone call to US and Canada. There is a screened lanai where you can relax without being pestered by bugs!
The dining area is comfortable for up to 6 guest. We have a dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffe maker, toaster, rice maker, kitchen utensils, silverware and glasses.
The master bedroom has a 32" HD TV mounted on the wall , a DVD player, a king-size bed, a dresser, bedside tables and a walk in closet, so you don´t need to have your baggage occupying space in the bedroom.
The second bedroom also has a 32" flat screen TV mounted on wall, a PS3 play station, a king size bed plus a single bed, a dresser, bedside tables and a walk in closet.
And you will have 2 bathrooms, so there is no need to wait in line after an exhaustive day at the Parks or shopping. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and all linen and towels are provided.
We also have full sized washer and dryer, so pack light and come along!!!
We remind you this is a self-catering type of rental. Nevertheless, upon your arrival, you will find starters of toilet papers, soap and garbage bags.
