HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

You can fill our RESERVATION FORM or e-mail us with your informations. Please see our PAYMENT, TERMS & CONDITION PAGE to know about amounts of deposit to hold your reservation and when you must pay the remaining balance.

You can make payments in our PAY PAL account. See details on our PAYMENT, TERMS & CONDITIONS PAGE.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

WHEN IS CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME?

Check in is at 04:00 PM, and check out is at 10:00 AM.

WHERE DO I CHECK-IN?

Check-ins are directly at Windsor Hills gatehouse. We will give you all informations when you make a reservation.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED? AND HOW ABOUT PETS ? AND BBQ IN THE LANAI?

NO for ALL. The condo is a NON SMOKING area in accordance to Florida laws. Also, BBQ on the lanai is not allowed, and no pets are allowed at the VENTURA area. If it is determined that a guest has smoked in our condo, or used BBQ at the lanai, or brought a pet, there will be extra cleaning fees.

ARE LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED? AND LAUDRY FACILITIES?

YES for ALL. The condo has an ample supply of linen and towels, and it also has a washer, a dryer, an iron and ironing board.

IS THERE A LETTER & PACKAGE POLICY?

YES. You can have letters and packages delivered to our Management company before your arrival, and pick them up upon check-in. We can send you our letter & package policy by e-mail.

ARE THERE CLEANING SUPPLIES?

This is a self-catering vacation style. We provide the condo with mop, broom, dustpan and vacuum cleaner. We will provide you with starters consisting of:

- 2 rolls of toilet paper (one per bathroom)

- 2 bar soaps (one per bathroom)

- 1 paper towel roll

- 3 trash bags

You will be responsible for providing additional supplies that you may need. Windsor Hill has a convenient sundry shop, and there are plenty of grocery shops in the neigborhood.

DOES THE CONDO HAVE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING?

YES to both. The condo has central air conditioning and heating. And there are also ceiling fans in the living area and in both bedrooms.

IS THE KITCHEN FULLY EQUIPPED?

YES. The kitchen has a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator (with freezer), a dishwasher, a coffe maker, a blender and a toaster. It also has cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, cups etc.

AND IF ANYTHING DOESN´T WORK IN THE CONDO?

The condo is kept in tip top condition. In the unlikely event that there is a problem, you are provided with the phone number of our management agent´s company. There is also an emergency number, to be used out of business hours. So, you will have assistance 24/7.
